It's taken quite a while for the CD which became 'Birds and Beasts' to be fully realised but it's been worth the wait. Performed by the ever excellent Mr McFalls Chamber with guests Tom Bancroft, James MacIntosh, Phil Alexander and myself, the album contains music composed by the late Martyn Bennett, some of Martyn's music arranged by Robert McFall and two compositions of my own 'Kilchoan Ferry' and 'The Beast'. The completion of the CD is being celebrated with a concert at Edinburgh's Queens Hall this Friday 2nd April where pre-release copies will be on sale.  Apart from the music I think special mention should be made of the art work which is really excellent.  Hope to see you at the Queens Hall if you can make it along...
